To bolt a piece of treated 3/4" plywood to the frame, the plywood was recessed so bolt heads would be flush with the floor. Durham's Rock Hard Water Putty was added, sanded, and the floor was flat. Linoleum was glued on. The underfloor box lids are floor material with linoleum glued on.
