Detail shot of a closed door. I used a homemade miter box with a hacksaw to cut the aluminum. The bent parts were annealed with a propane torch. Underneath all trim is a layer of Lexel caulk, with a bead of clear DAP 230 caulk visible on the edge. The Lexel should last nearly forever, while the 230 is very easy to apply and looks very nice. There is aluminum angle and channel covering every edge of the plywood sides.
