Wind Deflector (Wing) as mounted on roof Rack -- Wing is in the relaxed position (nearly vertical) -- As speed increases beyond 35 mph, the wing moves down to the adjusted angle. I may remove the spring loaded struts and install fixed adjusters. The spring loaded struts are intended for 5th wheel trailers when turning at low speeds ... Hmm, no 5th wheel here.
