As I mentioned, it gets HOT in TX so A/C is also a no brainer. Those cheesy portable units can't even begin to cool anything down in 100+ heat so we found a 13,500 BTU Carrier unit with a heater strip on Ebay for a smoking deal. First we removed the vent.
