Toe plate consists of 3/4" ply wood cut in curve with 3" X 3" X 1 1/2" blocks glued in curved pattern to receive bottom of styrofoam form pieces. Toe plate will tie nose and floor together by meeting the middle layer of sandwich floor (between the top and bottom plywood floor layers).
