Image Description

2nd layer of 3/4" styrofoam was glued to the inside of the 1st using screws and fender washers. Added 1/2" plywood blocks to serve hard points to attach diamond plate to the bottom half of the nose. May also use hard points to stabilize bike rack that will be welded to the the trailer A-frame.
