Image Description

Squaring the plywood base. Harbor Freight 4x8 trailer frame, welded and bolted. Floor base will be 9' x 5'. 1/2 ply, 1" (true) wood framing, 1/2 ply, 1" blue board in all voids for insulation and rigidity. All wood members glued and screwed. Internal and external sealing with diluted titebond (internal), polyurethane external, cool seal on the bottom.
