Sturdier plywood base added for the permanent bed. It is now hinged so that if you need to get something in the storage below, the frame will lift up. Prior to this there were 3 panels of wood that had to be lifted out separately. Or you could opt to crawl down on hands and knees and try to dig out what you needed from a small doorhatch. The door hatch is okay but not that easy to access when the bed is made up.
