Skinned that tight radius. Plywood would not work, we used bending board from a woodworking supply shop. Even that made some splitting sounds and showed some deep cracks. This bending board has a center lamination of fabric so it is strong even with a deep big crack. This stuff is not rated for rain, so we will use lots of polyurethane.
