Rick thanks for putting together a very nice gathering. :applause: Moreau Lake was a beautiful campground. Thanks Becky & Ed for scoping it out for us. Great call moving the tailgate party down to the beach. What a pretty area. It was a perfect spot. It was alot of fun seeing some of the gang from Fish Creek again and it was great meeting some newbies. Welcome aboard Rick, and Dan & Mary! Many thanks also to Becky and Ed for your fireside hospitality. Phyllis make sure you give my buddy Cooper's back a good scratchin' for me! I had alot of fun with everyone. I have a few pictures that I took of the weekend and I'll try to get them up asap.

I'll be looking forward to seeing you all in June at Fish Creek. Don't forget homebrewers... Friday Night Pints beer tasting will be on my site (231) once again next year! Get those special recipes perfected! :beer:

Our extra night was extra quiet. Thanks to Ed & Becky for the leftover firewood. It was a warm fire. Rick & Diane put on another excellent outing for the NYS chapter of TearJerkers. Our thanks to them and to all who came. Again, we saw some different campers. The Mouse house and the long one come to mind. We are putting up the LG for the season and time to do the rebuilding of the Shasta for next year.

Thanks. I just finished making the truck more ready for these longer trip....put the rear bumper back on and installed the aftermarket transmission cooler that I have had sittin gin my attic for probably three years.

I know this is an old thread. BUT, we LOVE lake Moreau and were wondering if there will be a gathering there this year? We would LOVE to bring our Vardo

Stony kill, we're in Chatham, not far from you, take a ride over and we can show you our 1884 Uhaul and 1946 teardrop and maybe talk about setting up something for Moreau. If your interested I can pm you a phone number, who knows maybe we already know you, been in Chatham 66 years. :)
