Bring what you got and we'll figure it out! I have almost another 12oz of bacon. Looks like the plan is to do boil in bag inlets and if that craters we'll still do breakfast, I have 10 eggs to and some sausage as well

Physically OK, but have been sick at heart all weekend because I was unable to come. Your message makes me feel better. Thanks. Caring for elderly parents is sometimes more important than enjoying the company of friends. It was a beautiful weekend, and I hope you guys had a really great time. Maybe we'll see you next year if not before.

I swear each year when I get home I say it was the Best Beavers Bend ever........Well, I think this year was absolutely the best. We had beautiful weather, lots of teardrops and tiny travel trailers as well as a couple of cargo trailers.
We missed our friends that had to cancel and met some great new friends.

It was an eventful trip home like last year but I got home safe and sound around 3:30 ( 4 hours later than planned)
I got in plenty of tire changing practice today and want to thank Stacy aka Tiny Tow for helping me, traveling with me and taking me to Walmart to purchase a new tire and then go back and put it on my trailer.
WE have the best group of camping friends that anyone could ask for. I know that each one of you would have helped me like Stacy did and I would have sure helped any of you guys as well.

I will start a new thread in a couple of days for Beavers Bend 2017

PS. I will be willing to bet that Charles goes again next year after my trip home and tire issues. I am proud that I knew what to do and how to resolve a problem with my trailer and Charles didn't have to drive to me. I just kept him updated on progress and texted him along the way when I finally was back on the road home.

We had a great time! Thank you Linda for such a great event.

Tom, I was glad to see you guys out camping and I want to tell you that I saw that fire you had Friday night that would make any South Central member proud!!

I just noticed that I think the image in your signature is of your camper at Beaver's Bend in the same spot you were this weekend but three years ago!

Left the campground at 5:00am, arrived home at 1:45. No problems or weather. Had a great time. I really enjoy my Teardrop Friends. Best weather ever! Ronnie

Glad you made it home Linda. We're at Beaver Dam campground. It's real nice, large site. Darn droid gps still wants to avoid freeways so we took the scenic route here. Great gathering. thanks for doing this Linda it's the start of our season.

BTW, you're correct...the picture in my signature is an old pic from BB. We were happy it was available, although it ended we were a little isolated.

We had 8 on Wednesday, 18 on Thursday, 30 on Friday and 29 on Saturday.
We had 3 teardrops on a river front pull through which goes to show we can get more on the list in the future.
Our camp host did not have any problems with 3 teardrops on one pad/ electrical outlet
