We have reserved the Buckeye campground again for our 7th annual Beavers Bend State Park gathering.

The dates are set. March 23-25, 2012.
$25 per night with a Fri night deposit holding your spot

I have 2 weeks to collect everyone's deposit so please get them to me if you haven't already.

Quite a few of us arrived on Thursday this year and will probably do the same next year even though the reservations are for Fri-Sun (leaving on Sunday)

Hi Linda, I sent $50 instead of $25 so that will help cover one extra deposit if you're a bit short.

Thanks Thomas. In the past I have had more deposits in by now. The less to put on a Credit Card the better (especially with Charles working on build #7)

Hey everyone,

Quite a few of us arrived on Thursday this year and plan to do the same next year.
Those of us that got there on Thursday found a handfull of big rigs in some of our fav spots.
The park is letting me add some Thursday reservations to our main reservation. We do not have to pay an extra reservation fee by adding these
We can also " request" certain sites for Thursday night and the camp host will do their best to give us the requested sites on Thursday.

So.............I need a head count as to who wants a space held for Thurs night and if you prefer a specific site let me know.
