Jody, Jim and John ( hope I didn't leave anyone out) we are looking forward to meeting you all in April. I guess I better call this week and see what we need to do to get reservations together. I'll post as soon as I have info.

Linda

Count us in. We may need to call for some navigational help finding the campground though. On our last several attempts, we overshot in the dark and ended up at "Hoochietown" instead...

I would love to come to this gathering.( Don't know how everyone can plan so far in advance though. ) This one is not too far from me here in central Oklahoma. Hopefully nothing will come up for that weekend!!!

Oh yeah, you guys do know that is Bigfoot country don't ya?!!!!

Hope there aren't any SURPRIZE visitors in camp!! :o

Hello to the group. I; like some of the post have been watching the posts for several months and was bit by the bug. I live in northwestern Arkansas ( Fort Smith ) and this sounds like a place to Get some ideas on my Tear. I will be using a HF 1800# kit trailer frame ( on sale at the store here ). I still not sure what style to go with as of yet. The trailer has a plywood floor and stake sides on it now for hauling in and out parts / trash. This is removable with a couple of screws. I'm still looking for some skin ideas ( insulated panels ??? ) that will determine the style.

Thanks Madjack. The digital camera is another thing that I need to get. My old Argus 35 will not do for posting. I guess to wait after Christmas sales at Walmart or the local camer shop??? :)

I found a cheap close-out camera to tring it out. Play with it to see how it works then start taking frame and progress pictures. A friend let me know where some Steel clad insulated panels where at ( 40 mile drive ) 20" x 80" each R19 for 1 1/2" thick. He has a new tig that I'm looking at helping him break-in.
