Interesting Photo - the Amish transportation vs. the TD

Postby cherokeegeorge » Wed Aug 02, 2006 2:45 am

Hi,

George and I were downloading some photos from the IRG and found that we still had some photos in the memory card from last year's trip. It was a trip to Wisconsin to pick up our new teardrop at CampInn.

After leaving CampInn, we went to a Walmart to pick up some Memory Foam to make the bed a bit more comfortable and when we came back to our truck, this is what we saw. It was a very interesting sight.... made you think a bit of how far we have come, and yet the concept remains the same. Thank goodess the horsepower has increased over the years or we'd still be on our way back home! :)

Who knows, with the way petrol prices are going, we may have to set our TD's up like that
Cheers
Paul.

PS Where would we fit our hitch covers, George?
Time is the only real capital we have. Money you can replace but time you cannot.
