Is there a group site that everyone is going to or is it "choose your site in the campground" camping? Is this campground fairly full at this gathering? From the map I see about 127 campsites, alot of RV sites. With 55 trailers already signed up what loop is everyone staying in? Fronm the pics posted it looks like there is not alot of shade. Is this true? And how is it for pets? Sorry about the many questions but I am thinking of going if I can make it. It sounds fun!
I cut it three times and it's still too short!!

Pets are welcome as long as you go by the parks rules and regulations. Bring your own shade, it will be warm in the day but cool at night. We reserved the group camp ground just past the entrance that looks like a teardrop on the map. There will be some there showing you where you can park you have a choice of pavement or dirt. There is a large ramada in the middle where coffee, tea, hot water and cookies will be in the mornings. The ramada is also where the lunchen will be and the gifts will be handed out from here also.

Oh the park lets us park beyond the parking spots so we have plenty of room. This gathering brings in alot of spectators so thell be alot of foot traffic.

But be sure to get there early. Other wise, Bud will drink all the coffee.

Eddie, I'm having a senior moment. Weren't we there last year? Didn't I take pictures? Oh that's right, I wasn't doing to good last year. Things are looking a little better this year.

Have a good day, see you in a couple of weeks.

I live here in Phoenix and am starting the plans for my first tear. I would love to attend this event. It is at the Verde Valley festival listed above? Thanks for the help
