Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

Spring time, so clean out those teardrop and vintage trailers and come to the Arizona TearJerkers Spring Clean Event. It will be held February 28 through March 3, 2013 at the Lost Dutchman State Park, 6109 N. Apache Trail, Apache Junction, Arizona, 85219. 480-882-4485. Admission fee is $15 per night to be paid at the gate. No pre- registrations or reservations are needed but space is limited. There is enough room for around 60 trailers. Water is available at the Ramada and new restrooms and showers are very close our group area. No electric for trailer hookup. Guided hiking is available or just go on your own. Pan for gold at the Gold Field Mine, eat at the Mining Camp Restaurant or go boating at Canyon Lake. For more information about the park go to: azstateparks.com/Parks/LODU/index.html.

Is this gathering in the place of the event that has been held at Usery Park every spring?

Hi. We would love to attend the event, but we know that we will not be out your way next spring with our teardrop but will be pulling a Lance 1885 instead. ( We will be heading into some cooler camping when we leave the Mesa area). if we reserve a regular campsite at the park, may we attend events with the group?

We have never excluded any trailer, I'm sure your welcome.

Thank you. We will be going to Florida before we slowly head toward Mesa; we may be in the park a couple of days early. If the park will let us, we'll move into a corner of the group area as much out of the way as possible. We've really enjoyed being with the group the last couple of years and don't want to miss meeting with friends. We'll see you in February/March. Have a wonderful holiday season. We're almost freezing here in Indiana this morning--fall is definitely in the air and the colors are beautiful.

Hi everyone, The Arizona TearJerkers Chapter was set up for teardrop and vintage trailer camping originally but we have never turned anyone away that has wanted to camp with us. If you enjoy camping and want to meet some great people you are more than welcome to join the Arizona TearJerkers no matter what type of camper you have. So come join us Feb. 28 thru March 3, 2013 for the Arizona TearJerkers Spring Clean Event at the Lost Dutchman State Park, Apache Junction, Az.

Well I put in for time off for this event. I should know soon if I get it or not. Mo and I are very much looking forward to coming down. We are already getting tired of winter.

Sheryl and I have it scheduled. This gathering starts our season early for us as it is a couple of months before much camping can be done in Utah. Looking forward to warm weather and seeing everyone. Hope to bring the Scotty this year.

Were going to try to make this one. Its kinda far and with work ex.. We cant commit yet but really want to go. It would be great to meet everyone.

It will be great to see you guys again. I thought of you when I went passed Morgan Hills on my way back to Malibu from Lodi, CA (Towerfest) last summer.
