Attached is a document "travelog" eastbound from Reno to Unionville, with directions and information about the sights to see as you travel the famous 40 Mile Desert of the pioneers.

Do in addition to the potlucks, we are planning a communal breakfast on Saturday am. This is totally optional, for you late risers, like my husband! Around 9 amish. I am making waffles. If anyone else has a waffle maker, bring it along! You can add to the mix with a side dish if you like. Could always use some bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, whatevery you want! Join in or do your own thing. See you all soon! So far we are looking at @ 12-15 trailers.

Last minute information. 2 potluck plus a communal breakfast , I am making waffles as at least one other person. And YES! Zentangle class. Weather looks very warm thursday(85-88) cooling down to high sixties Friday with slight chance of showers, then clear sat and sun in the mid seventies.

Final update! Weather looks like a nice weekend. Not too hot or cold, although might be a little chilling part of the day on Friday. Thursday: 82, some wind, sunny and clear. Friday: Cools down, High 60 some winds, possible (20%) light showers. Saturday: 60, sunny. Sunday: 70. Sunny. It cools down in the Nevada desert, so plan on nights in the mid 30s to low 40s. Also, as it is a canyon, there is almost always a breeze in the afternoons. Bring your shade shelters! And propane firepits if you have them for the evenings. We have one. No open fires with wood are allowed due to the remote location and fire danger of Nevada brush at all times.

Also, We are having a small dutch raffle. If you would like to donate something to the cause, feel free! But this is not in any way required. Totally optional, and you still get to be in the raffle whether you donate something or not!. We already have several things. It is not necessary for it to be new. If you have something you bought for the trailer that didn't work out, bring it for the raffle! Anything is welcome!
