Recipes that work best for teardroppers

Auntie M,
Stuffed Turkey-3 hrs. (Coulda been less because of small size of bird... Thermometer read 170F at 2 hours... 190F at 3 hrs.) (170F-180F was my target, but had just added potatoes at 2 hr. mark)
The bird was only a 10 lber and I don't think a 10.5er woulda fit, getting the lid to close without chopping up the bird...

Potatoes- 1 hr. (Perfect)

Three batches of briquettes at the beginning of each hr. (16 under, 26 on top)

Gravy- about 20 minutes. (28 under after removing turkey and potatoes)

Total briquettes- 154

Any guesses what my kids and I had for dinner AGAIN tonight?

(Hint: SAME thing we're having tomorrow night)

Dean,
think about a "butterflied" turkey: take the backbone out.
Mopar's what my busted knuckles bleed, working on my 318s...

Dean, The only thing missing was a picture of you in your pilgrim outfit next to the D.O.

I'm hungry now.

Thanks Dean,
I have a 20# for T-day but in my freezer is a small turkey I may fix for Christmas. It would be nice to do something different. May invite the family over and have a winter DO fest of our own. :D
