Grilled Teriyaki Salmon

Here's one that is easy and very, very good.

GRILLED TERIYAKI SALMON

Purchase one bottle of McCormick's "Ginger Teriyaki" sauce and marinade 1 lb. of salmon steak or fillets for 20 minutes in 1/2 cup of the maranade sauce. After your salmon is marinaded, place the salmon on the grill, pour marinade sauce over salmon, then place drained pineapple over that. Turn salmon accordingly brushing the maranade over the top as well as the pineapple ............ and that's all there is to it.

I love salmon and have smoked it for years, but I must say that this was the best salmon that I have ever had using this recipe. :applause: If you give it a try, let me know what you think! ;)

I made this at home on the grill, but it is so easy to make it should be good on the road as well.

That salmon sounds great. I'll have to try it next time.
We often make salmon under the grill this way:

Put salmon steaks or filets on grill pan and cover with brown sugar, grated fresh ginger, a little fresh garlic and moisten all with soy sauce or liquid aminos. Grill for 9 minutes.

This recipe is similar to the one that comes from Andrew Weil's website.
