Cornstarch in recipes--IMPORTANT!

Hey Mike,

I've never used arrowroot. Is there a reason for using it as opposed to flour or corn starch? Just curious.

Joanne,

I bought it at the health food store at the recommendation of the diet, Eat right for your type".

Without doing some research I don't know why arrowroot is better than flour or cornstarch. :?
