Watch me cook a DO roast live it is 4:53 my time I am shooting for a 7 p.m eat time. Roast, Mashed Potatoes. I just started the coals.....
Here goes...... I use a propane weed killer torch to start my coals takes about 3 minutes no smoke or chemical smell

set meat on bed of onions (sacraficial trivet) add two cans of beef gravy one can cream musher soup bottle spicy bbq sauce, mas garlic and barley pop to just below top of meat. Add carrots.

Stack ovens, add coals, start second batch of coals. respond to people begging for food! ( This may not have been a good idea)

ooops Monday may not be too bad... Broncos have 3 and they just blocked a NE fg. but its only the 2nd qtr. edit!! Now they have 10...monday is looking better for ya.

Soooo.... is it done yet...open the lid, take a picture !!! Give us something!!

6:42 added onions peppers and cilantro. the meat temp is 130 should be 160 to be done Hmmm will I make the 7 pm goal? Nope cause it has to sit for 15 minutes and luckily guests are not here yet.
