I have eaten the recipe you mentioned your mama made with the coconut milk but it was called something else. I remember it being really tasty. I reminded me a lot of rice pudding which happens to be a favorite dessert from way back when I was a young'un....although I used to always request my Dad/Gma make it with less raisins. We'd eat this dish warm or chilled. The FDOS cook-off is just days away for us.
