Picnic Recipes

:picnic:

One of my favorite things to do on a camping trip is to hike out to a nice secluded area, and have a lunch picnic while enjoying the view. Usually I take a box drink, some grapes, and one of those tuna and cracker to go packages. I was wondering if anyone else has a menu for a portable picnic meal; tough enough to survive 2 hours of being in a backpack, but more then a nature bar or trail mix?
The things that one most wants to do are the things that are probably most worth doing.

Bottle of wine, cheese, salami and french bread - they do make picnic baskets you can wear with insulatiojn that will keep things chilled.

Can't do much better than that. Maybe make the bread sourdough and add some fruit for desert.
