Cabelas DO

Postby SmokeyBob » Thu May 24, 2007 9:47 am

Has any one used Cabelas Pre-Seasoned dutch ovens? I'm thinking of getting their 10" and would like to know if they are worth it.

Dean used one of their 20" DO's right out the box to make a prime rib.

Thanks for your reply. I'm going up to Kansas City for a few weeks and while I'm up there I thought I would go by the Cabelas store. My dad always ask me what I want for my birthday so I thought I would ask for that 10" DO from Cabelas. I liked the idea of it being pre-seasoned.

I asked my dad for a hooker--and I got a DO instead.

Go figure.
