Recipes that work best for teardroppers

IEDOS - closed, but not forgotten

Postby Mike B » Mon Apr 07, 2008 8:19 am

Per the request by the group's founder, I have shut down the web site for the Inland Empire Dutch Oven Society.

All is not lost, though. I have moved all the Dutch oven recipes from that web site to my own web site - http://www.blogicalthoughts.com/

There were 64 good recipes on the site, donated by IEDOS members who have personally fixed each recipe. With the 8 recipes I added from a Lodge Cast Iron brochure, a total of 72 new recipes have been added. Check them out if you get a chance.

I screen printed them off and put them in the 3 ring binder with my treasured t&ttt cookbook. I also put in a printout of the charcoal calculator for dutch ovens. Now all my brains are in one place.

Where in the Hell did I put that book !!!

Well, that's a big chore - I have 103 recipes on my web site, and I would have to enter them one at a time. Maybe I can dump them out of the database to make things a bit easier, but it would still take a major effort. We'll see.

Can any future additions to the t&ttt cookbook be added as an adendum so we can just print the new additions and not have to reprint the entire book.
