I saw a reference and a web site link to "RV OMLETTES" on here somewhere and Now I can't, for the life of me, find it! :x See, you should always stop and click on things that interest you when you are reading this stuff!!

Any one remember what it was?

Thanks for your help!

AWESOME!!!!! :applause:

You are wonderful! I knew I wanted to see this! I'm gonna try it this weekend. and incorporate it into our breakfast menus when we go camping. Now we got something other than "Mountain Man" breakfast!

Not that we don't love the MM Breakfast...its just that I like variety!

Thanks again, Megan.

We have made these for years while canoe camping. We also make instant oatmeal in a baggie. We put in oatmeal, sugar if desired and dried fruit or my wife likes cinnamon and brown sugar. When camping we just add a bit of boiling water and squish it up a bit. Then milk or whatever. I have even had powdered milk in the bag with the oatmeal if I was packing real light.
