:applause: Dean I love all you video's. That was really nice of you to name it after Andrew. One of the reasons I love this forum is that for the most part everyone treats everyone else with respect. Now I think I'm going to have to do turkey this next weekend, just so I came make Andrew's soup.

8) I had a BIG bowl for dinner tonight and I must say it's the BEST Turkey soup with Minnesota Rice I've ever eaten! And I've eaten a lot of turkey soup in my life.

Dean,
Thank you! Kelsey told me there was a turkey soup on youtube dedicated to Andrew. Wow! It's so special to have people all over the world who care and cry and share life. That's what it's all about. We already ate our turkey so we'll have to wait for Christmas to try it out but it does look delicious.

Thank you again. Your gift is very special at this time.

Rob,
It's by far the best turkey soup I've ever had.
Smoking the turkey first made the difference... I used fig & pecan woods.
(Watch the Holiday Turkey video)
The drippings are the key ingredient... The nutty sweet smoke taste really carried over into the soup.
