Shark... it's what's for dinner...

Forum member "Appraiserman" is an avid surf fisher, and he caught a couple of sharks that just happened to be the perfect size for eating. Anything over three feet is out of eating range, and these were about two feet long.
It was my first time to eat shark, and I was really surprised buy the light but firm, non-fishy taste.
