All in Potato Soup

Fried up 10 slices bacon crisspy then set aside to crumble up later

In pot or dutch oven, add the milk and chicken broth and bring to a boil

Reduce heat to simmer and whisk in the flour until all of the clumps are gone

Add in the sour cream and half and half. Stir continuously or it gets lumpy.

Add the potatoes and onions and cauliflour.
Season to taste, Paprika, Sea Salt, Blak and Cayene pepper and cellery salt

At this point skip over to Mike B's french bread recipie, mix up your doe and set aside to rise
After rising and you have punched down yr.our doe skip back to soup

Allow to simmer until the potatoes are fork tender
Crumble up the bacon and add to the soup
Punch down doe and finish Mikes bread recipie

Let stew as untill bread is done
Then add 1 cup of Cheddar cheese to the pot and stir. Allow to simmer for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese in melted into the soup. Salt and pepper to taste.

Side a Ranch dressing in a bowl with tablespoon of chiptle BBQ sauce in center, couple cold carot sticks and cellery to dip in, slice hot bread and butter.

What a great idea! I have a yen for soup. That may be because it's 28 degrees here right now, though. :D
