Recipes for small (2QT) Dutch ovens

Postby Waliczek » Wed Sep 14, 2005 9:27 pm

Since I camp by myself, I really have no need for the large DO's, but I love the sound of all those great recipes posted here. Is there a site that can provide me with recipes for 1-2 people for the dutch oven. I know that some will suggest that I just divided the ingredents down to my side, but that is not really corrrect in all ocassions.

nearly as many posts as here per day. a little more tight nit and a very different sense of humor.

Matt,

We aren't that tight nit over there, we're just a bunch of snobs!

I was quite active on that list when it was much smaller but haven't posted much in the last year or so. I've had the opportunity to meet, camp, cook, and eat with some great folks from that list.

Matter of fact, it reminds me of this list.

And yes, I'm one of the ones wearing underwear on my head at the California Beach Dog. My humor might be abnormal, but there's normal somewhere in there.
