This was one of the featured dishes at the IRG Potluck. It didn't last long on the buffet as it was eagerly scooped up by those who had smelled it simmering all day. :wine:
Scott also gives instructions on how to make a Wing Sauce.

Mike B., you can click on the black pot icon (Outdoor Cast Iron Cooking) above on my post where it will take you to the channel and the recipe is posted there and in the comments below the video.

My friend is going to the Melting Pot fondue restaurant chain tonight for the first time--and I told him to get the Coq au Vin oil. (There are various types to choose from.)
