New Dutch oven cookbook

Postby Mike B » Tue Jan 08, 2013 11:07 am

Dutch Oven Dishes is a free cookbook for fans of Dutch oven cooking. It is available here as an EPUB document. The file is 625k in length. It includes a short history and information on taking care of Dutch ovens, as well as many recipes.

If there is a lot of demand for it, I will spend a week on converting it to PDF format. It works just fine on my Android tablet and phone right now.

Okay, okay. There are obviously people out there who don't have tablets, phones or real computer operating systems (not MS) and cannot read the epub format. :)

I am working on the PDF version. Not looking forward to maintaining two different files, though.

Save the book to your computer and then copy into you nook (or other ereader) library and it opens right up. Thanks for posting. I'll be checking it out.

Update: By popular demand, you can download this cookbook as a PDF here. Didn't take a week to convert, after all.

It's free for everyone - just don't change it or sell it. So the answer is a definite yes.
