Best Group meal I EVER made

Postby len19070 » Sun Oct 23, 2005 2:56 pm

I had this at a recent TearJerkers rally and it was the easiest Group meal I EVER made.

Corn Beef Brisket;

Get a big Pot.

Fill it 1/2 way with water and bring to a boil

Add Corn Beef Brisket 1/3 pound per person

Add 2 chopped onions per Brisket

Add 1 bag of Carrots per Brisket

Add 1 head of Cabbage per Brisket

And 5 Potatos per Brisket.

Boil/simmer for 5 hours (I started it on a stove, then moved it to a Charcoal fire for most of the day.

Remove Brisket, slice thin and serve with Veggies on the side.

Hose out the pot and your done.

25 people cost me $1.75 per person

Lots of compliments.

Happy Trails

Len
