have never used the liners. I am going to do a pineapple upside down cake.. Seems it would make it really easy to lift out of D.O. Has anybody tried it? I have never used liners are they any good.?

Yes, I use them all the time. I buy a roll of parchment paper (next to the aluminum foil in the grocery store) and just rip off as much as I need.

They're great. We do a cinnamon/brown sugar monkey bread that has a lot of gooey stick stuff left in the DO that was a pain to get out. But with the liners it's a breeze.

Parchment paper is great! It is non-stick and very versatile. It works for everything from under cookies and cakes to making folded packages for steaming veggies in the microwave.
