Mason jar ice cream homemade.

Obtain from a farmer fresh cream....and a mason jar..and a good lid not a canning lid....

...1 cup heavy fresh cream.

Pinch of salt.

1 half a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.

Lots of sugar like 3 or 4 cups..i tested tbis and had to enlarge the sugar from yea one teaspoon...naw dump the hole sugar bowl in.

...add all engredents to mason jar..put lid on and shake it up for 5 hole minutes...like ya do butter....then pop into your freezer for 3 hole hours and enjoy!....Slowcowboy....
