ABTs aka Atomic Buffalo Turds

Skewers (If you want to use them) soaked in water for 30 min.
16 japs (Jalapenos) de-stemed, cut in half lengthwise and seeded.
8 oz. cream cheese
6-8 large stuffed olives.
Leftover smoked meat ( as much or as little as you like) chopped.
BBQ rub or spices of your choice to taste.
Hot stuff or not to taste. ( Or limit )
Bacon (sliced).
BBQ sauce or not ( once again your choice).

Combine cream cheese, olives, smoked meat, spices and hot stuff in a food processor. Pulse just to combine.

Stuff jap halfs w/cream cheese mixture, top w/more smoked meat (optional), wrap wbacon slice and skewer.

Smoke ( offset method ) for 30 min at about 300 degrees.

Feel free to slather w/BBQ sauce during the last 10 min.

And here's the piece of equipment you'll need:

http://www.irondesert.com/catalog/

I've improvised with 5 or 6 put on a long skewer suspended between a couple of bricks. I've seen others use aluminum pans.

I used to grow these in the garden... before I got distracted by teardrops...

Does anyone else here grow and use Habaneros?

The sauce I use to make jerk chicken or jerk pork uses Scotch Bonnet peppers, very similar to Habaneros. I like to marinade overnight but my wife can't eat it that hot, I have to make a special batch for her that only marinades for a couple of hours.
