Today we decided to try corn bread.

This not you standard corn bread. My wife was given a new grain mill, so she ground up some popcorn to make corn flower. This is a good thing due to my kids food allergies. My son can not have corn (popcorn is OK ???), my daughter can't have wheat & both kids can not have dairy or eggs. So this corn bread contains popcorn flour, goat milk, spelt flour, & egg re-placer. The strange thing was ti has a very good buttery flavor but contains not butter.

And on a side note, I am now a double dutch oven cooker. My father in law gave be another 12" DO with a carrying bag.
