Matt would be proud...

Any Guess What's Inside? (Hint... I've got my kids tonight)

Ira would be proud! Salami, peperoni, linguisa and sausage... No lettuce or mayo.

Whadya think is in the other oven???

My first cobbler ever... Peach

Matt is right!!! Cobblers are all good... All we needed was ice cream.
The cobbler was gone before the pizza was.

That pizza looks REALLY great! (The cobbler looks great too, but I'm not a big dessert guy.)

What's linguisa? And what kind of cheese(s) did you use?

Besides fresh, expensive Buffalo mozzarella, the only stuff we get down here is Polly-O and Sargento.
Here we go again!

Wow! The way some of you guys cook, I see pounds goin on da middle!!! Far cry from the old "tin-foil" cassarole we used to make on Scout camps. :)
Chris :D

The tension between what is good enough and what is beyond that creates the space for character to become our work.

Ira,
Mozzerella with just a light sprinkling of cheddar to give it some color.
Linguica, wrong spelling... sorry.
Linguica is a sausage that originated in Italy.

Chris,
I'm trying to... Let me start over.
I'd like to shed about 10-15 lbs. myself, but I don't know if these dutch ovens are gonna make that possible.

...take your two largest DO, fill with water and carry everywhere you go...you can only eat when your hands are full (of DO)...that'll help :D ;)

Jack,
You know... If and when I ever decide to bring the Maca line into my mix of DOs, I wouldn't even need to put any water in those ones.
