I probably should put a front picture on there, don't know why I didn't.

Howdy y'all. I've been off the board for sevaral months, and the first place I look when I return is this thread. Wow. That is a beautiful trailer.

Kstoner, I may be offering advice where it's not wanted here, but if I had built a trailer like that, I would not even think of selling it. You indicate the fam is getting too big. I asked myself, what difference does the size of the family make? A tear sleeps two people. One child, eight children, what's the difference? If you want to have a tear, it may mean leaving the kids with granny and gramps for the weekend. Maybe you don't have such an option, but to me, the purpose of a tear is for two people in love to sneak out and enjoy some alone time...

Happy trails...

well, it says "Reserve Not Met" meaning he doesn't have to sell it for the high bid if he doesn't really want to.
Some things are way over my head !! ...but it keeps me looking UP!

It would have been nice to keep, but we don't have anyone to leave the kid with arround here. This year it only got used one night, by me only, so it didn't make any sense to keep arround. Besides I made money on the dea  and I can always build a new one. Next time it will be a 5' x 10' and have a few other things changed. To me the fun is in building them, you get to weld the frame, build the body, do cabinet work and other skills. I probably would build a bigger one with a bunk for the kid right now, but the garage is full with another project ( stretching the cab on a 1938 ford truck).
