For Sale 7x12 converted Cargo Trailer

We camped in this for 6 weeks the first summer, 4 weeks the second summer, 3 weeks last summer.
Converted Cargo Trailer, 6" extra inside height, ramp door, single axle brake, 30x15 window, 30x30 window, 36"RV door with screen door, rear stabilizer jacks, 30 amp, 3 inside receptacles, 1 outside receptacle, 1 light switch, wire and brace for ac- no ac installed, radial tires. I have over 5000 invested in it, and I'm selling because I upgraded to a regular travel trailer which we are moving into full time.
