10' x 10' Screen Room for Little Guy

We have a 10' x 10' Little Guy Screen Room with attached floor that we are selling. They currently sell on Little Guy for about $600. We are asking $300 OBO
We are in San Diego, CA
We have used it approximately 10 times and it is in great condition. No rips, no damage.
Non smoking home, stored in garage in bag, cleaned after every use.
I'm happy to bring it to the Lake Perris Gathering in March 2018 for delivery.
