Frame
-5’ x 9’ trailer sits on custom powder coated frame w/ leaf spring suspension. Axle is comprised of 0.25" steel tube & 5-lug 1750lb Northern Tool hubs. Needless to say it rides and pulls great and is overbuilt for the application. Northern Tool hubs have mounting tabs for electric breaks should you want to install and run a brake controller (not pre-wired but applicable pin the trailer harness is free for use)
- Flip away tongue extension- welded to allow for compact garage storage and makes for easier navigation of campsite (no bruised shins!)
- Includes 3x 1” trailer hitch mounts at the rear. The center can be used for bike racks or additional storage accessories in transit. The L/R mounts can be used for custom accessories (ie: tables) which may be mounted via receiver hitches for campsite use.
- Stabilizer welded to frame at each corner- allows for trailer immobilization regardless of terrain. Use of these stabilizers with dollies allows for easy manipulation and un-sprung garage storage in order to lengthen life of tires/suspension.

Exterior:
- RV- grade door with built in window/screen.
- RV grade windows (17” x 17”) with sliding screen
- Tongue box includes- composite 20 lb propane tank and Diehard Platinum AGM battery & Deltran trickle charger.
- Connects to tow vehicle with 7-pin trailer connector
Interior:
Walls- constructed with Baltic birch plywood
Insulation- 1 ½” rigid foam insulation + a layer of bubble wrap insulation under all surfaces (including walls, ceiling and floor) ensuring optimal temperature inside trailer
Storage- custom-built cabinet with sliding door for clothing to stay organized. Along with shelf. Also, built in wall storage

Extended section at the end of mattress, under custom built cabinet- we used for our dogs to be able to travel with us, but may also use for additional storage
Sealed Flooring- adhesive backed tile to allow for easy clean up after trip
Construction of trailer:
- Completed entirely with 0.125 aluminum channel & 2mm aluminum skin on all sides (except for Galley Wall).
- The aluminum shell was prepped and canvas adhered. Canvas was sealed with GOOP Coat It two part expoxy sealer. Then surface was primed and painted with marine grade paint (Pettit-Easypoxy Poly Topside Paint)
Galley:
-28,000 BTU 3-burner RV stove on custom mount w/ lockable drawer slides (in/out) to secure for use & transit!
- RTIC 45 cooler on custom aluminum mount with lockable platform+ slides (in/out) for secure use and transit!
- Multiple drawers for storage
- Custom built butcher-block counter top with 3 drawers mounted underneath on locking drawer slides.
- Custom built shelves for storage of spices, bottle of wine etc.
- Custom mounted- breadbox for additional enclosed storage- snacks etc.
- Galley door supported with gas struts to make opening, closing easy to do with one person
- Cubby for water reservoir containers – includes 3x 2-gallon water blocks in case of primitive camping
Extra features:
- Custom tig welded aluminum roof racks with tie down straps. Attaches with Yakima mounts & crossbars. Perfect for chairs/ tables etc.
- Window AC unit- modified Frigidaire FRA052XT7 5K BTU AC w/ custom duct box and tray mount can cool the interior via included 5" cool/return ducts which access the trailer through ports in the side (ducting included). AC connects to the control unit and thermostat inside the trailer using a flexible 5-pin trailer connector to connect the compressor and control mechanism (included)
- Max Air MAXXFAN Deluxe - multispeed thermostatic roof vent/ fan with remote mounted on wall
- LED lights throughout the interior and exterior with installed switches for easy access
-10’ x 10’ Paha-Que Little Guy screen room tent- attaches to teardrop in same fashion as on a Little Guy brand teardrop Anchors to door). Perfect for set up of sitting area without worry of rain/ bugs etc.
- Includes extra set of gas struts for galley hatch & a few pairs of drawer slides.
