It is with no joy that it is time to sell my baby. You can find my original build journal here: viewtopic.php?f=50&t=55818
Over the last couple years, I made several upgrades.
-Stripped the skin off and re-built it with birch ply. Luan was a bad idea.
-New axle, wheel hubs, rims, tires from Northern Tool. All AMERICAN standard now.
-New jack stand
-Air conditioned
-New hatch design
-Changed the vent fan to have a rheostat to adjust the fan speed
-Added custom fenders to cover the wheels which now stick out a bit with the new axle.
-Fits a queen size air mattress
-Wired for electricity - just plug in to extension cord with the external power outlet.
-Wired with 12 volt deep cycle marine battery - 12v auto adapter/USB with Battery Tender to keep battery fully charged. Just plug in the camper with the external power outlet.
-Air assisted hatch
-Hurricane hatch hinge
-Two door entry
-Bike rack on tongue
-LED lighting on trailer
-New trailer lighting connector
-Fire extinguisher
-Spare tire mounted under the rear of the camper
-Locks for all 3 doors
-Very light weight - can be hauled by about any vehicle with a hitch.
-Hidden storage compartments under the rug!
