Does anyone have recommendations?

Preparing to seal the inner hatch with BB, I'm looking for an alternative to the permanent adhesive PL3, which I've used for nearly everything else. My concern is the need for future access to the tail light, overhead light, and speaker wiring inside. I'm considering a hot glue gun for this task. Does anyone have recommendations for a temporary adhesive or reasons why a glue gun might not be the best choice?

Is it possible to use screws instead of glue there?
