Glad to hear you are on the mend!
Kermit is moving along slowly. :(
Started farming yesterday.
Taking a road trip to the USA (leaving in about 15 minutes), Sandi's Birthday is on Tuesday.
So we are off to Wenatchee for the night and then over to Spokane for Monday night.
You know.......the shoe stores in your home town never have the shoes you want, and the fabric stores just don't have the same colors.
But, the good news is that I will pick up the motor I left behind for my new tractor.
And there is an old junk yard closing on March 31st in Wenatchee.
Needed a road trip anyway?????
Looking forward toseeing you soon.

less than 30 days to go - the tires have been rotated along with the brakes being checked, fluids are up - now waiting for the weather to warm up (so I can grind my studs-still not done yet do to the UNFORSEEN med problems - that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it as long as the heart keeps beating and so far, so good, still trying to take it easy as prescribed) will be unloading the 'stored' items out of the trailer today and reloading for travel. The weather is a bit of overcast but not raining so I guess I'd better get to it. Let's GET HER DONE!! and get back on the road!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like the weather will be good here next weekend. I should be able to pull the tear out and get it ready. Counting down to Union Gap. Hey have we talked to them about using power? I am willing to donate more.

Turns out that the weekend of the 22 is a Friday off for me. Anyone showing up on Thursday night? Always easier when I can leave from Bingen

with that many trailer we may have to do the "circle the wagons" with the extended/enlarged version of the "Butt Hut" in the middle!! Just an idea(with a couple extra fire rings, it may work? being they have so much room there in field space. (I do have a extra propane tank now - not the 5gal, but a 2.5 along with the 2.5 on the trailer) Hope two up by Anacortes made though the nite being we have been getting some wind here all nite?? Ted

For those of us who have camped at the Ag Museum or are familiar with this venue, we remember how much room there is there . But we will be sharing the weekend with a large Vintage Truck Show, thus we are going to be camping up by the Gazebo closer to the entrance.
And Ted our numbers will be similar to each night of the Fall Crawl, so I am sure we will burn off some propane.
Marrianne....there might just be some long extension cords in attendance (remembering Applegate  ) that can be put into service after dark.

I carry a 100 ft heavy duty cord with me all the time. That said, if I get my crud together I can just make sure the trailer battery is topped up when I leave, it is easy for me to be off grid, power is just a nice to have. Unless someone sits outside my door all night talking to me so the lights burn down the battery...

I have 2 "12" gauge ones - 1-80 ft and the other 1-40 ft and will bring both along with a few other smaller gauge ones. Now that the tongue box has been emptied out of the useless stuff along with tools being consolidated into the back of the truck, there's more room in it and lighter also. (I hardly ever use them but have been know to carry a few that "others" have needed at least once that I remember) (I have to say, this is not bad - can hardly taste the difference sitting here eating a bowl of cereal with "low sugar almond milk" on it - have never had it before, this maybe alright? being I hardly use milk at all, only on cereal) take care

Okay Ted
Here is the deal with the milk thing? I was drinking a 4 litre every three or our days, mostly on cereal. Had not had sugar on my cereal for at least three years.
On new years day I gave up wheat! No Cereal, thus less milk. Think we have only had a about 5 quarts since (last one went sour in the fridge) ....don't miss it.
Oh, and I don't miss the 34 lbs I have lost in the past 2 1/2 months either.
But, I must admit... we did go through 2 quarts of "Buttermilk" and 2 bottles of Tequila since Thursday???

Who said there was wheat in beer???
Besides.....I usually only drink ale or stout, as I don't want to get a "beer belly" but did have a "wheat belly".
Have not had one of those tasty beverages for at least 18 hours???
Just finished reading the entire towline start to finish.
Thanks Marrianne

I've cleared a space on my calendar for Union Gap April 22-24. I won't be traveling on with the group but at least I can spend a couple of days on the road with you. Brian, count me in.
