Hey Bill & Susie, I've met your friend Pat, She was kind enough to let me check out Her TD when I was shopping for a trailer, I did'nt realize She got Her trailer stolen. I called Her the other night, it sounds like everything worked out well, with the new trailer on it's way! I guess it's a small world, is'nt it?

Wow! Small world indeed. Hope she can make it. We decided to accompany Pat on her shake down cruise when she gets her new rig in December.... Brrr!

It sounds like Pat has a Sister coming into town that weekend, so I told Her we will meet up another time down the road, She has not yet met my Wife. Yes I'm sure it's going to be cold in Dec., that's so nice that She will have your company for the trip!

You Bet!
We can't wait to have more Teardrops on the road throughout the NW.
Where are you and what are you building.
When will you be ready?
Do you like to explore the country or are you into more local camping.
Please PM me if you are uncomfortable with sharing on an open Forum, as we would love to from our neighbours to the south.

Felt weird to wake up at home on a Saturday morning!
We have logged so much time on the road this past summer that we are used to waking up in Miss Piggy on Saturdays.
We were not home one Saturday in all of September........isn't camping great? :wine:
Looking forward to at least one more adventure before the cold weather sets in.
Maybe we need to head further south to join those of you that TD camp in the winter months while it is cooler in your area.

It is a beautiful Sunday morning! Hope someone is waking up somewhere in their TD? Wish we were! :(
Stayed home this weekend......which meant installing another 600 + feet of underground irrigation lines and sprinklers on the Farm.
No rest for the wicked, and I must have really been bad??
But, hopefully someone will have a camping story from this weekend, to share with those of us who did not take advantage of this great fall weather.
There is still some camping time left!
Can't wait to fill that DO at least one more time with my favorite Smokey Bean recipe (Thanks Joanie) and sit around camp enjoying a relaxing glass of red with TD friends! :wine:

Fall Brigade was GREAT! The weather was incredible, sunny and warm. We used the newer building this year and while not as quaint it seated more people and we were very comfortable with the wood burning fireplace going at it.
Just got back from an ROVT event this weekend, I took the standy as it is faster to pack up. There are pictures of Fall Brigade @ teardroptrailers.org

Looking forward to this chat thanks Brian!

Well I was going to run this by you guys who have been here and done it.I was thinking of doing mine using that kit where you can buy the pre built walls and use that as my first one.It comes with a hatch kit as well. They use the trailer from Northern tool.Just seemed like I could cut alot of time and headache out of the build is all going that route.

I like a mix between camping and exploring honestly.Im up for either.I haave to have a heater/ac unit with a generator.Wife already gave me that order.

Here I am! Just haven't had a lot of time to hang out here now that school has begun again. It got off to a rough start this year and has me wiped out. Glad you started this thread....
I agree with with Marrianne, Fall Brigade was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for better weather. But, we missed you and Sandi!
I also joined the ROVT group this last weekend for another beautiful fall campout. I need to keep my camping close by during the school year. We were at Champoeg Heritage state park. I hope there is a chance to get out a few more times before the crazy rain starts!
Happy camping everyone!
