Tear Jerkers' Florida Chapter 1st Teardrop Gathering - at Little Talbot Island State Park, 20 miles from downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Little Talbot Island is one of the few remaining undeveloped, barrier islands in Northwest Florida, and the entire 2500 acre island is a State Park. Take I -95 to Heckscher Drive (milepost exit 358A – old Exit 124A) and then travel east for 17 miles. $19.00 per day camping fees for full campsites. All sites have electric and water. Bring firewood or buy offsite (cheaper than at the Park) Call 1-866-422-6735 or 1-800-326-3521 for reservations, and let them know that you are part of the teardrop group (plenty of sites available).
