So Far So Good

Postby Wild Mike » Mon Jun 07, 2004 9:39 am

I've had a couple of days last week and some time Saturday to work on the little tear.

Here are the newest photos ... of course they're at the end of the album.

Betty (my wife) finally got to check it out ... with building it at a friend's house all she got to see was photos. Afterwards she was all set to go camping.

Thanks for all the great ideas guys.

Ya know ... I got to thinking about all those scouts running around in the dark and thought better of something pointy on the front of my tear.

Last night I did cutout the "Moon" port window in the door and cut out the coyote too ... so yep ... it will have the western graphics on it.

I have the tail lights to put on and the stablizing legs to finish up tonight. And then painting the interior ... adding shelves ....

It looks sooooooo close ... yet so much more to do.

Thanks for the comments.

Mike, The Tear looks really nice. The exterior came out real clean! The window in the rear adds a nice touch. Hope you finish up soon! How much do you think it'll weigh?
