Wondering whats the minimum thickness of the plywood?
Wondering, could this table being made for just two seats?
Thanks for sharing

The plans are on the way ...

I designed it for 3/4" ply, thinner may be possible, but I haven't tried it. Just modify all of the lap joints to reflect a slightly loose slip-fit for your material thickness.

Two seats would be easy, just cut the seat supports in two at about 3" off center to leave the center notch intact and only cut out two seat legs and seats, however, realize that some of the strength of the table is derived from the seat assemblies (they keep the table legs from buckling sideways if a twisting load is applied to the table top.) You are more than welcome to modify as you see fit and let us know how it worked out (new ideas can improve any design.)

Corwin thanks for the plans.
My first printing of them did not turn out well I thought I was getting low on ink the print outs were so faint.
But when I changed my printer to print in color much better again thanks for sending me the plans.
I got a new table saw a new router table/ router combo just to darn cold for these old bones to assembel them just yet.

Yep, it's a 1951 M-38. It runs really well once I get it started ... saving my pennies for a new starter. All original except for the front bumper and a 12v. conversion. Body needs some help, but it's a lot of fun.

I love the ingenuity of the people on this forum and this table from a single piece of ply is the epitome of just that... can I get a copy?
