Where do you guys come up with this stuff? This looks like Soviet or Eastern European stuff from many years ago. I suppose you have a picture of a Trabant too?

I don't think you'd be able to pull much of a teardrop with these either. A tent might be in order!

Mike...

P.S. Then again, maybe these are just home made thingies... A lawn mower engine, a frame, some skin, and voila, your very own affordable and unique car... kinda like this...

This vehiclehiccup looks like something you'd have to swat. But notice, she seems to have pulled a muscle in her leg while hoisting out the suitcase. He doesn't seem the least bit bothered by her odd stance. I'm sorry for this strange tangent from the "norm" around here, guys, but it's that micro car link above that did it. Real bizarro-world stuff there. Some are cute, some are weird, some are very cool, and others are downright disturbing and on the creepy side. There had to have been drugs involved in the creation of a few of those micromachines. Hey, my wine glass is full and I'm not complaining, it's a good place to go for some laffs. Cheers.

Now this is has some teardroppish lines. (okay, it's a stretch, but the lines are there) Nothing that could tow more than a breadbox, but cute in a toyish way. Hey, it would make a great riding mower with the blades whirring around on the bottom. Toro! And pass the cabernet!

So this is what those prisoners were yelling about all those years ago in NY? Not what I'd call a get-away car, but maybe they just wanted to leave 2 at a time.

Thanks for the link. I'll have to peruse during the weekend. I didn't see Nebraska wineries on the site at first glance...but they did have Missouri. What's up with that?! We have 8 fine wineries here, and James Arthur Vineyards, north of Lincoln, is absolutely wonderful! How about a Teardrop gathering there sometime? Bring your hibachi and we'll throw on a Omaha steak. Great live music there on Fri and Sat evenings in the summer. Google the place as I forgot to copy the link, but it's worth a peek.
